Profits distribution of some companies for 2006-2007

The open company “Novo-Lipetsk metallurgical industrial complex” is first examined.

The open company “Novo-Lipetsk metallurgical industrial complex” is the 3rd in size metallurgical industrial complex in Russia.
It spesializes in production of sheet products of wide range. In 2006 the industrial complex increased steel production for 7.8% to 9.1 mln tones, cast iron production for 14.7% to 9.043 mln tones. The main owner of the complex is the chairman of board of directors Vladimir Lisin who after the IPO of the complex controls about 82,85% of shares.
The authorized capital stock of the enterprise amounts 5 993 227 240 rubles and is paid with the same amount of stocks at face-value 1 ruble. (1 ruble – $0,04, by current time rate of exchange 25 rubles – $1).
According to US GAAP clear profit increased 1,5 times to $2.066 billion , gains for 38% to $6.046 billion from $4.376 billion.
Novo-Lipetsk metallurgical industrial complex occupies the 16th place in the rate “The leading enterprises of Russia” according to results 2005 presented by the rate agency АК&M in September 2006.
The committee of directors of the open company “Novo-Lipetsk metallurgical industrial complex” recommended the special stockholders’ meeting which will take place on September 28 the current year to make a resolve about distribution of dividends according to results of the 1st half year 2007 at the rate 1.5 ruble per 1 usual share. That is told in the report of the company.
The list of shareholders will be closed according to the status on August 25, 2007.
We’ll remind that according to the results of the 1st half year 2006 Novo-Lipetsk metallurgical industrial complex also on the basis of 1.5 ruble ($0,06) per share having paid for that almost 9 billion rubles ($360 mln). In general during 2006 Novo-Lipetsk metallurgical industrial complex distributed profits ($0,12) including profits for 2nd half year 2006 at the rate 1.5 rubles ($0,06) per share. The size of payments during January – Desember 2006 is 17,98 billion rubles ($719,2 mln) that corresponds with the size of payments according to the results 2005.

In banking sphere we can examine:

TransCreditBank which distributed profits for 2006 at the rate of 282.09 mln rubles ($11,238 mln) on the basis of 0,17 ruble ($0,0068) per usual share and 400 rubles ($16) per senior one. That is told in the report of the company. We’ll remind that shareholders of TransCreditBank took a decision at the year meeting to distribute profits at the rate of 282,31 mln rubles.
According to the results of 2005 profits were distributed at the rate of 166,23 mln rubles ($6,649 mln)

Carriers:
The Air fleet for 2006 at the rate of 1.394 billion rubles ($55 760 mln) on the basis 1.287 ruble. ($0.0512) per share, or 97% from accrual sum. That is told in the report of the company. In that way profits are not distributed for 35,1 mln rubles ($1,4 mln) because of incorrect bank account number or in the absence of bank account number for transferring of profits. For 2005 profits were distributed on the basis of 0.82 ruble ($0,032) per share and the whole outpayments were 910.89 mln rubles ($36,434 mln)
The Air fleet distributed 17,9% of clear profit. The profits to the main shareholder that is the state were distributed at the rate of 731.4 mln rubles ($29,256 mln).
