The number of Russians with super profits grew

two times during the last two years, the leader of center of the economic analysis “Russian state insurance” reported.

Research was conducted with the purpose of research

of consumer demand of population of large and middle, and also small towns.

According to its results, during this period the number of people who can buy an apartment or a new house grew from 0,8% to 1,7%. The number of people who are able to buy a car, but they do not have money to buy an apartment, also grew. This index grew from 4,3% to 6,9%. Those who are able to pay for domestic technique but only dreams about new car became 26,1% in 2007 instead of 23,9% in 2005. The group of people who feed well and can afford themselves only necessaries grew from 40,6% to 43,1%.
There is substantial decline of number of people who answered, that “there is hardly enough money to feed” for the question about sufficiency.

“In the group with the most low profits there were 30,3% in 2005, while in 2007 researchers counted 22,2%”.
These researches confirm a similar information of Russian statistics, which demonstrate the growth

In 2000- 2006

years growth of the real incomes of population made 9-12% a year. In 2003 the increase appeared higher – at the level of 15%. “In June, 2007 the profits of population in

the RF attained 12,2 thousand rubles for a person.

The real growth of profits in the first half-year of this year as compared to a similar period of the last year exceeded 11%, the wages grew by 17,5%. Gross domestic product per capita in Russia counted on the parity of buying power was $12,2 thousand in 2006. For comparison in Poland this index was $14,3 thousand, in Bulgaria – $10,7 thousand, in Romania – $9,1 thousand, in Turkey – $9 thousand. Russia has all chances to get ahead of the number of countries of Central and East Europe in quality of life in the nearest 10 years

He reminded, that in the list of the “Forbs magazine” during the last year the number of multimillionaires from Russia grew

from 50 to 60.

With this index Russia partakes the second place with Germany.

This fact can benefit to Russia, if the most well-off people invest means in development of economy of the country
According to “Russian state insurance” estimations” in Russia there are approximately 119-250 thousand of families that have an annual income about $1 million, 90 thousand of families – more than $1 million and 12 thousand of families – more than $5 million.
