The consolidated budget of Russia for January-June, 2007 is executed with surplus of 1 trillion 464,5 billion rubles

($58,58 billion) whereas in January-June, 2006 it made 1 trillion 402,7 billion rubles ($56,108 billion). This information was spread by the Federal service of the state statistics of the Russian Federation (Rosstat).
The revenues of the consolidated budget of Russia (including state off-budget funds) made 5 trillion 694,2 billion rubles for January-June, 2007 (in January-June, 2006 – 5 trillion 384,5 billion), expenses – 4 trillion 229,8 billion rubles (3 trillion 981,8 billion).

The main share of tax proceeds to the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation in January-June, 2007 accounted for incomes from foreign-economic activity – 1 trillion 42,7 billion, from business income tax – 909,3 billion rubles; from taxes and contributions for social needs – 857,2 billion rubles; from taxes, dues and fees for use of natural resources – 536,9 billion rubles; from the VAT on the products sold on the territory of the RF – 598,8 billion rubles; from the VAT on the products imported in the territory of the RF – 378,4 billion rubles; from income taxes on natural persons – 538,4 billion; from estate tax – 192,8 billion rubles; from excises on the products produced on the territory of the RF – 135,8 billion; from excises on the products imported in the territory of the RF – 11,8 billion; from incomes from usage of the property which is in the state and municipal

property-148,9 billion of rubles.

According to the results of January-June, 2007 in the expenditure pattern of the consolidated budget expenses for social and cultural functions made 2 trillion 414,3 billion rubles, for national economy – 430,4 billion, for nation-wide problems – 401,8 billion (including national and foreign debt service – 78 billion), for national security and law-enforcement activity – 361,5 billion; for national defense – 355,8 billion,

for housing and communal services – 257 billion rubles.

At the moment of publication of these data ruble-to-dollar rate was 1 US dollar = 25 rubles.
